Lately I've been freezing my butt of in the windy, wet and cold weather that is upon us now. My wool-jacket doesn't quite do the trick anymore. So I bought this coat from Elvine... you like?

I love weekends! It is the time for luxury and laziness. This Saturday I joined Jenny and Sanna at Patisserie David for some breakfast. They make the most wonderful pastries ever! Don't worry, mum. I ate a sandwich before the dessert.
I say no. I say no to pirate boots. I say no to pirate boots and leggings. I say no to guys with long hair, tied up in a bundle. I say no to girls with low-cut jeans. I say no to guys with not enough hair growth to acually call it a mustach. I say no to people with ironic, retro glasses. I could go on saying no but you get the point...

On friday, we went to a fairly new bar called Belle Epoque (love the name). It's owned by an ex-collegue of mine and a few of his friend. Simply loved the atmosphere. What should have been a quick beer after work turned out to an all nighter. Martin had to throw us out.
On Saturday, I went to a friends flat for a "small" birthday party. I should have known; there's nothing small about his parties! A very brave croud of people defied the weather and made their way thru the streets of Malmö. It was a blast! I went to bed 06.30 early sunday morning. Needless to say I spent the whole Sunday on the sofa not regreting a single thing!
Staring out at sea. I already feel that I'm going to miss the ocean and the closeness to water. It's such a joy to wake up every morning to the sound of motorboats on the small canal just outside of our hotel. One thing I'm not gonna miss is the mosquitos! I'm completely covered in bites. The one on the sole of my foot is especially annoying!
Tonight I'm leaving for Venice, Italy. I'm really looking forward to it. My cameras are loaded, batteries charged and passport located. All I have to do now, is pack my bag (which is not easy, believe me). I probably wont be able to update my blogs but I'll make it up to you when I get back. See you in 9 days!

My two weeks vacation is almost at its end and I can't wait until September. I'm going to Venice with Darling Mum. This is a picture of the hotel we're going to stay at. I can't wait!! Since shopping is out of the question (Italians are sooo petite) I'm planning to eat my self into a coma! Does anyone have any other suggestion on what to do when I'm there?
This is absolutely hilarious! Donald Duck downloading music and making copies!! I think it's a strange way to teach kids something... Read the whole article (in swedish): http://www.dn.se/kultur-no
Lately I've been noticing a new trend amongst the teens. Colourful rubberbands around the calf all the way up to the knee and somethimes finiched off by a bandana. In this case, the girl to the left has a bandana tied around her thigh. This phenomena is called "Partille-Johnny". To be a full-blown Partille-Johnny you need a pair of oversized Evisu-jeans (preferbly with the logo all over the back pockets), a huge amount of selftanning lotion, spikey hair and, of course rubber bands.
I found this most amazing image in this Facebook-group. I can't remember if we hade something like this when we grew up... Did we??
