The battle is on!



I got the biggest chock of my life a few days ago (not really, if you put things into perspective). I was at Mum's place (celebrating Mother's day) and weighed myself. I knew that the scale wasn't going to show any low numbers, I have been enjoying my food a bit too much the last months. But xx kg !?! "Well, mum said, you are a bit rounder here", and grabbed my side. Just to let you know, I'm not a size-fixated, food-rejecting skins 'n bones kind of girl. I love food and I'm usually comfortable with my weight. But now my pants are a bit tight and I eat although I'm not really hungry. So I decided to get a membership to a gym (and actually go), buy a bike so I can join my brother and his friends on their rides and to start looking into how much I eat! I think maybe 4-5 kg will get me back on track. I'l keep you posted on the progress, I've never dieted a day in my life!
