Rock Lobster

In the mist of images from London, I just want to squeeze in an image from New Years Eve. For the first time ever, we made an attempt to cook lobster.


It was my first time splitting it in two, prying out the meat and stuffing it with deliciousness. This was the second curse of mine and D's NYE supper. We started of with some duck pate on toast and after the lobster, tournedos with mashed almond potatoes. It was all amazing! Then, in a semi food coma, we made our way to the sofa to rest before it was time for cheese.
